Hello! I’m Ailsa, a passionate and dedicated childminder with 25 years of experience supporting children from birth through their teenage years. 

At Care4Kids, I provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.

I offer a wide range of activities tailored to each child’s interests and developmental needs, including creative play, storytelling, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and early learning experiences.

My focus is on fostering curiosity, independence, and social skills in a caring, positive, and fun environment.

I am fully qualified and a registered foster carer, offering childminding services seven days a week, including overnight care and emergency cover. 

I work closely with families to ensure routines and individual needs are respected, always prioritizing the child’s happiness, safety, and well-being.

I am a fun, energetic, and bubbly person, and children quickly warm to me. 

I build strong, lasting relationships with the children in my care, many of whom continue to visit even after they’ve grown up. 

I believe in open, honest communication with families to ensure the best care possible, always keeping the children’s needs and best interests at heart.
