Opening Times & Fees
Once you have been offered a place with me, you will be required to sign a contract and registration forms.
If the paperwork has been completed and a space has been secured but then cancelled or withdrawn before the child’s start date a £25 administration fee will be charged.
Parents must give 4 weeks’ notice of termination of the contract and all outstanding fees paid in full.

Full day standard
8:00am – 4.00pm £56.00
Full day Extended
7:00am – 6:00pm £70.00
£7 additional charge weekly for under 4’s due to cover toddler/baby singing groups. Fuel to cover the travel costs.
Overnight and 24-Hour Care
I offer 24-hour and overnight care, which can be arranged by discussion on an individual basis.
This allows me to ensure that each child’s routine, comfort, and well-being are fully considered.
Charges for overnight or extended care will vary depending on what is required and the individual needs of the child, and full details will always be agreed in advance with parents.
My priority during overnight care is to provide a safe, calm, and reassuring environment, helping children feel settled and secure away from home.
Emergency and Weekend Care
I offer emergency care and weekend care, subject to availability.
These arrangements are discussed on an individual basis to ensure I can meet the specific needs of each child while maintaining a high standard of care.
Any emergency or weekend care provided will be agreed in advance with parents, including hours, routines, and fees, which will be charged according to what is required and the needs of the child.
I will not be open on bank holidays; this will not be chargeable.
I will be closed for the last two weeks of the 6 weeks of summer holidays. This will not be chargeable.
All fees are due, and payable, one week in advance by Bank Transfer and or childcare vouchers/ tax free childcare scheme.
Invoices will be sent out each week to be paid upon receipt.
Fees are payable during non-attendance, periods of sickness and family holidays.
Outstanding Fees
As per the contract payments must be made in full and in advance.
Late payments will incur a fine of £25.
Parents will be issued with a reminder invoice, statement of fees and a letter asking payment to be made within 7 days of the date of the letter.
Failure to do so will result in a second letter issued, informing parents not to bring their child into my setting until the outstanding balance is paid in full and an updated statement including.
In the instance that payment is in arrears after receiving 2 reminder letters, the child’s placement at Care4Kids will be terminated and the outstanding balance will be referred to a debt collection agency.
